The Board of Directors of ATIC Services, during its meeting on January 4, 2012 has appointed Ghislain CLAEYS Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
Ghislain Claeys is 52 years old and a graduate of Ghent University. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Management. Ghislain Claeys joins the Arcelor group in Ghent in 1987 and holds various roles in the IT department. He is promoted General Manager IT in 2002 and subsequently appointed VP for Business Processes and Systems in the Flat Carbon Division.
When the ArcelorMittal Group comes into being in 2006, Ghislain Claeys is appointed General Manager for Distribution and Transportation within that same Division.
From 2009 on Ghislain Claeys has been working as General Manager for Land Logistics, P&P FCE, representing factories as « lead user » and has been in charge of projects aiming to optimize logistics.
