Development without borders at the service of customers

ATIC Services is a French group with the majority of its activities outside of France. The international vocation and dimension of the Group are related both to the nature of its core-businesses as much than they are the fruit of a voluntary initiative. The facilities follow the logistics chains of the customers to enable them to benefit from a complete service.

Thus, for coking coal coming from the United States, the nearest source for importation into Europe, Cita Logistics, located in Norfolk, Virginia, provides the services related to the maritime transport forwarding, and ATIC Services deals with the organization of transport towards Europe. Next, the port terminals in the ARA zone handle and store the coal upon arrival. Finally, the CFNR provides the river logistics at the unloading phase, close to the steel-mills.

France, Germany and the Benelux countries were thus the first countries where the group developed its expertise. Today, it's finding several new growth vectors in Eastern Europe, in particular in Poland and Serbia, which enable it to diversify towards other products, such as biomass and food bulk.

The proximity of ATIC Services to its partner customers has also led the group to broaden its horizons. Through the externalisation of the logistics functions of industrial groups, ATIC Services offers its know-how and is extending its range of services for optimum use of the customer's technological resources.
